This is a highly relevant read with regards to DAOs. Will the regulators really come after individual DAO users? Do they have a right too as it's questionable whether these novel technologies can be pigeon-holed into archiac legislation. Also what right does the CFTC have here? Are they acting within their legislative boundaries? Or it is another cash grab or attempt to legislate via enforcement?
