Cosmos is full of potential and our amazing Relevant protocol will in part run on it, but they really just need to release some dapps that people can play with as all you can do at the moment is stake Atoms. Hopefully we see them materialise soon as unlike previous crypto markets this one is being fuelled by adoption.
