The walled gardens of data in healthcare are very frustrating and damaging to patient care and I agree Blockchain could be a good solution to this. Even in the NHS there are numerable barriers to flow of healthcare data between institutions. It frustrates and impacts my work on a daily basis. We are seeing some progress with Tim Berner-Lee's inrupt project, but it's not enough and not moving fast enough imo.
