"While ERC-20 and ERC-721 tokens required a new smart contract deployed for each new “class” of token, the core concept behind ERC-1155 is that a single smart contract can govern an infinite number of tokens."
Lol, was just about to post this!!! I have a project on the back burner that would be a perfect fit for this standard - Meme Lordz
Haha, sorry slava. Meme lordz sounds interesting. How's it work?
Its a decentralized meme traiding platform: The current implementation deploys a brand new erc20 contract with a bonding curve. For the mainnet verison we've been planning using a single contract that handles all the tokens, and potential for non-fungible tokens representing memes as well.
Looks intriguing and it does seem the new erc standard would be a good fit for it.
