So this doesn't actually "undo" Bitcoin transactions so rest easy that someone hasn't suddenly worked out how to reverse transactions on Bitcoin! It is a technology layer that only allows a transaction to go through once sender and receiver both click a button confirming it. Until that point it can be reversed by the sender.
