Thanks for posting This is must read about the huge institutional failures of the BBC and others with regard to exposing this vile sexual predator. There is some solace to be found that despite this, the fortitude of the journalists leading the story enabled them to make sure his crimes were not buried. It's a gut wrenching read, especially when you consider these institutions are supposed to be pillars of our society. It's no wonder they are experiencing a loss of faith.
