North Korea publicises these tests every so often merely to stoke up national pride at home. There really is no need to worry. Sanctions and hostility do not work after certain stage. America cannot hope to control North Korea and Iran simply through sanctions. United States must change her bullying tactics and deploy soft diplomacy. All nations need American friendship.
