"Black and Latino Americans are falling behind in the nationwide race to get vaccinated against Covid-19, even in blue states and localities praised for championing racial equity during earlier phases of the pandemic. It is heartwarming to see the strong POC turnout at the location where Im volunteering. I’m terrible concerned about the 16-64yo medically fragile who have months to wait. Why didn’t anyone think to prioritize those on Medicaid E&D waiver quickly to catch this highest risk group?
