Again, the intention here is curation of relevant content. There were some historical happenings that I felt needed a strong relevance signal (both in REP and REL). Even at a time like that I did not even stake 50% of what I could. I typically am 5% to 30% staked, but no more. My interest is in encouraging quality content not just people that pile one w/o reading or adding value. If you were a member that added significant value, I would take your critique more seriously.
