The days of friendship with China are over. The CCP have shown their motivation to subvert the U.S. internationally and domestically. Apps like TikTok are a way they can continue these actions. India took the first step that many other countries will begin to follow. China is becoming the ugly duckling.

im just curious what comes after tiktok. whats next? whats the next big social media app? will it be another short video platform or maybe something no one see coming? tiktok seemed like fun app to dance to music but it is amazing the impact such a simple thing can have on the world.

Other prominent critics have previously highlighted TikTok as a potential spying threat. Last year, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and Arkansas Republican Sen. Tom Cotton called for the intelligence community to assess the risk TikTok may pose to national security. but as an youth i still like tiktok
