A proactive measure needs to taken... I could remember 6years a deadly virus (Ebola) broke out in Africa and killed thousands.... Late 2019 till date, we're still battling with Covid-19 ....thousands of lives gone too and still counting..... What could it be more worse than having another deadlier virus breaking out??? Could this be a coincidence, an act of God or an act of man???
