I gotta say, the title was enticing and I was hoping for more. Regardless, it does lay down a set of interesting or useful ideas that I think could be inspected or developed further. For instance, it's interesting though perhaps problematic description that "elites are moving up levels of control," from only being able to dictate to the masses, to controlling what was to be printed, to controlling the software that would be produced, to finally, controlling the data.
