Thanks! I’ve heard similar advice on buying local and in-season from no-spray farms. It sounds like in many cases food from these farms are more likely to be organic than those that are certified organic.

If you need convincing to buy and/or grow [#organic](/relevant/new/organic) , see EWG's 2019 dirty (and clean) dozen fruits and vegetables lists. While there is uncertainty about the legitimacy of some organic certifications, it's at least a starting point 💪 🌱
