This is a small incident that happened in India. Today the world is open. Discrimination is almost non-existent, but in India, segregation still exists today. It happened in the village of Kalembeshwar in western Maharashtra. Bapurao Tajne's wife was evicted for refusing to fetch water when she went to fetch water from a public well that day. Knowing this, the husband miraculously cared for the needs of his beloved wife. This is to dig his own well for his wife. Wells can be dug with a machine or at least 4-5 people. But because he was an ordinary poor worker, he did not have the money to dig with machines or to hire others to dig. So he decided to dig the well alone and start digging. While digging, I still have to do day-to-day work for my stomach. He did his normal job and spent six hours a day digging wells. Before going to work, I get up at 4 am and dig a well. Then I went to work and dug for another two hours when I returned to work in the evening. The area around the site is so rocky that it is not easy to dig with machines. Not a single villager helped him. The whole village laughed at him for doing the impossible. Not only the villagers but also his wife did not help him at first because it was impossible. However, Tajne did not give up. It was very difficult to dig because it was rocky. It took an average of three days to dig to get to a depth of 1 foot, but I did my best for my wife without a day off. The excavation lasted for 40 days. After 40 days of uninterrupted digging, his efforts paid off. This is because water was found 15 feet deep. Tajne said he would continue to dig to the depths he could find. Tajne's efforts for his wife eventually resulted in a 6-foot-wide, 15-foot-deep well. The well is very well drained and there is an overflow for them. Here we see Tajne's admirable attitude. He made the people in the vicinity laugh at the impossibility of their subjugation and draw clear water from his well. Now no one can laugh at him, and his zeal and respectable spirit is recognized throughout the village. The wife was honored by the villagers because of her husband, who loved her very much.
