Four teenagers, ages 19,18,17,15 have been charged with the killing of the up-and-coming Brooklyn artist Pop Smoke during a robbery of the rappers home in February, in Los Angeles - making two of them eligible for the death penalty. Pop Smoke's death came the same week he earned his first top-10 spot on Billboard, for his second mixtape, "Meet the Woo, V.2." He was expected to begin touring in March.
