## Announcement: New Cash-out Flow.
We just released an update to the cash-out flow:
- Cash-out amounts won't be deducted from your balance until the blockchain transaction is confirmed (you must have the relevant Ethereum account connected)
- You can now easily update cash-out amounts for transactions that are pending - just create a new cash-out claim with a larger amount than the previous attempt.
WARNING: make sure you cancel any pending Ethereum transactions via Metamask *before* you submit any new cash-out requests. Not doing so may lead to loss of funds.
There were some issues with cashouts in the past 24 hours, but all of them should be cleared up now. Please let us know if anyone is still having issues.

It's still happening sir . You say "just create a new cash-out claim with a larger amount than the previous attempt". So, now I cash-out almost 2K coins . Is it need above 2K unclaimed coins to cash-out ?

yes - your previous cash-out of 2K should be added back to your balance and you should be able to cashout that amount.
let me know if you're still having problems

What is happening now? In the past if this kind of issue occurred , I can claim again easily. My pending cashout is already occurred if I claim again. Now it's not like that it doesn't show my previous pending cashout. And also I can't type amount of my cashout. Please solve this sir . I have no idea what to do.

It works differently now (see the the main post). Your uncompleted cashout is added to your balance and you have to re-do the previous cashout for the full amount.
