There is an element of contradiction in your post; first you complained that it's not good for only few members to have good reputation, then you concluded by saying only 'founders' should have 99 reputation. Here's what you should know, 'founders' alone cannot curate all communities here on Relevant by themselves, that is why there are admins in each community. Furthermore, no member of a community have 99 Reputation except admins which are just three in each community as far as I know, and I think only them can have upto that. As a matter of fact, some admins don't even have upto 99 reputation. Then there are others who are high reputation members; they attain such by making quality relevant comments that attract upvotes of admins and other high reputation members. With such a process as this, other members reputation can't have a ceiling value of 4.

I talking about one person can not decided post are relevant or not relevant Every person thinking are not same.. There so many good post but mostly people are upvote only relevant post to earn curation reward. Need decentralized Reputation, Relevant is very good project and have a good future.

PS To the best of my knowledge I have never met [@joefun90](/user/profile/joefun90) here and I do not even know who they really are. That said, in this community (Support) they have been a constant, active, and value-adding contributor, hence their REP is pretty high. Read back through their contributions in this community that have earned them REP. They are novel, thoughtful, and usually on-point. I do not agree with everything they say, but on balance many members have found their overall contributions to be some of the most relevant for this particular community.

I would LOVE to give more people REP, but most members in most communities have no expertise and little trust. I think that we need to work on recruiting more domain experts and thought leaders in the various communities. Honestly, I spend many hours each week finding plagiarists and other scammers and down voting them. Simply posting an article does not in any way demonstrate knowledge or trust. Trust and knowledge must be demonstrated through repeatedly adding unique, valuable, helpful, and relevant commentary. "What do you think of this?" "I like this." Etc are not value-added commentary. Copying a line from the article, does not add value. Stealing someone else's words does not add value. The truth is most people are going to add little value on most topics; the world is just too complex for anyone to be an expert on much more than 1 or 2 o 3 disciplines, and probably 1/2 of adults in the world do not add significant value (above replacement) in any discipline.

Sir,, I know it is very difficult to gave reputation..... You can see few members have so much rel token [@DrEllisJaruzel](/user/profile/DrEllisJaruzel) -- 709k token [@Druss](/user/profile/Druss) --- 117k token [@mccoyspace](/user/profile/mccoyspace) --- 43.8 k token [@chris](/user/profile/chris) -remus--- 25.6k token [@AlexCpoon](/user/profile/AlexCpoon) -- 25.9 k token [@jonomilo](/user/profile/jonomilo) --- 52.7 k token [@villecallio](/user/profile/villecallio) -- 1.5 M token,, in bio ????? Villecallio is in team?? [@mrcni](/user/profile/mrcni) --- 194k token 1.. I am not see any huge buying on uniswap means it earn from a curation reward,, I am not blaming anyone. I am say in one person can not decide post are relevant or not relevant.. 2.. Every person not thinks same... 3.. When gave maximum one person 4 reputation means post need maximum 100 or more upvote to relevant means when 100 or maximum person thinking are same then the post goes relevant.. 4.. I am see in community many people are not posting a post,, many people here to earn curation reward,, when reputation down many people gave time for community to earn reputation, it help to grow community 5.. Also reduce a curation reward increase to gave curation reward 2023.. It also helpful for joining a new members in community... 6.. I know it is coinbase venture one day relevant list in coinbse.. In uniswap have a huge gas fees it impacts on volume and small investors Ex-- I have 1000 dollar💰 I want to invest in REL but uniswap need 50 to 60 dollar fees for a trade... Need some Centerlize exchange to trade a rel token.. Then community growing very fastly many new members join community........ IT IS JUST MY THINKING🤔 I AM NOT BLAMING ANYONE I AM RESPECT ALL COMMUNITY ADMIN

Hi Firstly most of those tokens are vested and can't be withdrawn so they have little effect on current price, but I appreciate your concerns that there are some whales on the platform. They are all long term users/supporters of Relevant who aren't here for pump and dump but want to see the platform grow and become a useful and positive protocol for the world. I can't speak for others but I plan on staking a good chunk of mine when staking goes live so I can help secure the network. This is a long term project in my view that I want to be successful, and not just because I hold the token. I hate the mess that is social media in it's current form now and I think Relevant will empower people with useful tools to build communities as well as fight against algorithmic oppression. I agree that currently there are only a few very high REP users in each feed and they do hold a lot of sway over what makes the cut and what doesn't. I will add that do not discredit the power of users with some REP but not high REP. They often signal to us what is worth reading by getting those articles into the Relevant sections in each feed. Again speaking for myself, I really would like to share out more REP and give other greater sway in the feeds. I don't think I've been stingy with giving out REP tbh, but with so many bots, duplicate accounts and other antics it is not easy to give out REP. We have already seen examples where people have took advantage of the REP they were given and became very extractive with the value of our communities. If you want more REP then SPEAK UP, give good comments, contribute Relevant articles. I want to give it out, I want more high REP users as clearly we cannot carry that burden on our own forever; in fact we will have failed if that is the case. The team is looking at L2 solutions including Polygon and BSC to help with fees but choosing which one to use is not easy. They all have they're own trade offs. Finally, stop looking at just the financial aspects of this. I have gained a huge amount of value just by reading what is here and growing my knowledge, and that warms my heart that my communities have helped me do that and I hope I have returned the favour.

THANKS SIR 🌹 I know sir it is not easy to give rep people,, World need attention on relevant community,, very potential in a project... It is future of social media....... Sir when high reputation members first betting on post high amount of rel.... That Members getting 20~25% curation reward... Ex--- when my post become a relevant I am bet first on post 125 rel token i get 25 rel in curation reward. ... Means when rep members first bet on post 5000 rel he get 800 to 1000 rel in curation reward other people getting very small amount in curation reward. . Means 30-40% curation reward earner are only 8 - 10 people.. That is not good

That's not how it works and and you are not guaranteed a 1/5th payout for betting first regardless of the amounts. Payouts are much lower than this in my experience for 4 figure bets. Admins also regularly upvote posts that have thousands already bet on them as we care about the quality of our feeds and rewarding those who have contributed positively and are signaling correctly with there coins too.

As mentioned, this is not how any of this works. Maybe, maybe, if I bet a full 10,000 as the very first to stake on an unusually high REP post I might get a 100 REL payout. I almost never stake full and what typically happens is that I get maybe 5 to 50 REL payout. You are not understanding 3 things: 1. Overall rewards keep decreasing every month (I strongly suggest you read the blog or Git for the details). 2. Shares on a post are on a curve such that the first 10 REL staked usually have equal or greater weight than the last 1,000 REL staked. If you are getting 25 REL off of staking 125, you are doing exceptional (20% return in 3 days). 3. You are really mistaken about how this plays out in practice. Because of both of the above it is far easier for low token holders to multiply their holdings every month and someone like myself can probably not even earn 2% in a month with intense engagement. The ROI dynamics are very different. You can get more percentage return off of 1 post than I can in months.

I almost never stake more than 20%. As of right now, I have about 5% staked. I am **much** more interested in the platform growing and being healthy than accumulating more REL. ![your image will appear here](https://relevant-image.s3.amazonaws.com/dbfbf1fc6e453ab5e6d4d039fcd353fe.jpeg)
