I have seen some issue, my friends account got hack not say properly hack but my friend accidentally give Twitter username and password on telegram but they immediately delete it but that guy login in the app and site of relevant. My friends change the Twitter password but they don't logout Twitter has good features that when I change password everyone automatically logout but relevant has no features like that, so he can use my account any withdraw rel and bet so fix on this issue that when anyone change Twitter password that automatically logout from relevant app and site then login again with Twitter. So Relevant Please do something about this because many users loss their rel my friend loss about 31rel. I email to [@slava](/user/profile/slava) about this any many other user facing the problem. SO SOLVE IT FAST......

The solution I have for u is the best for now to secure your account, even with Relevant is connected to your twitter you can reset password to email. So after changing your Twitter password you should change that of relevant too. That's the first safety we have. I look forward for team to check mate this issue and resolve as hackers are all around stealing what it's not there's. Sorry for the bad experience.

31 rel is a good amount. I think it's your friend fault that he gives twitter username and password. 80% projects on Telegram are fake and scam. I use Telegram for about six month and i was unable to earn a single penny. And you give a good suggestion. This forum is emerging and it will be better in upcoming days. So this feature may be included.

I do not want to be mean or belittle someone’s frustration. That said, I think this person just got a $120 lesson in how NOT to do cybersecurity. Almost all hacks are people problems rather than technical problems. No matter how good the system, it will not protect people’s data from bad decisions. Your friend may not be ready to use the internet unsupervised and should probably not do anything with cryptocurrency until they at least know security essentials.

I once add any issue that my Twitter account, i am using for Relevant was limited and i was it relevant because the app store my information and I keep thinking, if something app to the app what will I do and I was able to set it to username and password, that I don't need to go through Twitter again. What to do in this case, if you Twitter account is connected to an email, then from Relevant platform reset your password, you will get change of password image in your email, if you can't find in your inbox check spam folder, use to change your password and never go login through Twitter. That what I did

My friend faced pretty similar issue, someone hacked his Twitter account and logged in and Connected his Metamask to my Friend's Relevant account. Now when my friend withdrawn 28 REL, he approved the transaction and its gone to Hackers Metamask. He then found out that his tokens didn't arrived yet, and and his ETH didn't deducted from his Metamask, when he did some little research he found out that The Metamask connected to his account is not His Wallet but Hackers wallet. Sadly he can't do anything now, but indeed this incident taught him lesson to always double check before withdrawing. I don't blame team or any other apart from him for this incident. So please guys be aware, and do not share your account with anyone.

What he need to do, anytime he want to withdraw, he should use his personal metamask address which he can create newly or manually and then place withdrawal. He can be able to withdraw that way without them owning the coin

Hey there, I have a SOLUTION for you, if you or your friend still have the id and the password just go to twitter >> setting and privacy >> account >> apps and session >> there you will see Relevant. Click on it and Revoke access. All the connected accounts will be logged out. Thank me later

Thats do work click forgot password then an reset email sent to your email account thats connected to twitter account. Now click the link in that email reset your pw .and now sign in with that email

Since relevant is fairly new I can't blame them entirely. But relevant what's good bro, why don't you have a password change option. Every application has this feature, I'm disappointed. But that has nothing to do with your friend losing his/her account. It was a mistake and you paid the price. Best lessons comes the hard way. Maybe I'm a bit harsh but welcome to the real world mate. Don't lose hope, bull run has yet to come. Stay tuned 😉

Since relevant is fairly new I can't blame them entirely. But relevant what's good bro, why don't you have a password change option. Every application has this feature, I'm disappointed. I hate to be Captain Hindsight here. However, this is definitely a personal problem for your friend. Common law never give out your personal usernames and passwords to others. FYI, there is no cyber law against actions that were deemed as stupidity for loss of funds. Thanks for posting this learning lesson for many others to learn from your friends mistake.
