A dedicated Stardew Valley fan has recently shown off their meticulously designed farm, which took over 20 years in-game time to create. The indie farming simulator, heavily inspired by Harvest Moon, was developed solely by Eric “ConcernedApe” Barone and was first released for PC in 2016. Despite being a five-year-old game, Stardew Valley continues to receive regular patches on all platforms, with a massive 1.5 content update that was recently released in December 2020. The update focused on adding more late-game content and included new areas, new farm features, and new enemies. While the game has always been consistently popular, thanks to the update, Stardew Valley’s player base reached an all-time record high of over 94,000 players on Steam, no doubt all eager to improve their farms with the features added in the 1.5 patch.
