Thanks for posting [@duankong7](/user/profile/duankong7) This resonates with me as doctor. I see so many patients where clinicians simply follow an algorithm and the patient ends up on statins, antihypertensives or diabetes medication, when really most just need to change their lifestyle. This is probably not helped by the fact most of our food is nutritionally deficient highly processed slop. Dr Aseemm Malhotra a UK cardiologist is a good follow for anyone more interested in this.
