I hope this leads to a complete overhaul of how low-paid jobs are treated. People finally have power and they are using it. Companies will hold out and try to break them, but eventually they will need to cave.

It isn't just the lousy wage and lack of benefits. Drug testing is a hurdle in a lot of places. It's a huge invasion of privacy. I won't work for anyone that drug tests. But again, I am an accountant, not an airline pilot.
