full employment might be a good start. Or some form of actual GDP growth in line with the trend before 08 crash. People acting like we don't know what a normal growth level is and we HAVEN'T been dealing with substandard growth. Let's just get back to trend gdp and play it by ear a little. Imagine cutting off your right arm just in case it might get gangrene.
