Probably Japan's GDP is in worst situation, that made the leader to resigned. We can assume what will be the situation in Japan currently. But if we see from another side of angle i don't think that resigning because of GDP reduce, cause there are lots of countries that affected GDP by COVID-2019 and there leaders and instead of giving up they are trying there best to get back normal GDP.
