Well, its a digital world now. Everything is available online now a days. Maybe they are doing it now due to covid-19 but it was bound to happen in near future. I just hope that none of their employee loses their job due to this step.

This may be true. Universal basic income is being discussed heavily too by many countries and politicians. It seems that our media are attempting to indoctrinate us to these social systems during corona; Stimulus packages, food lines, etc. Production is a changing. Supply chain is evolving. HODL your important assets to you close, whether it be money or people important to you!!

I think mostly everyone in B&M stores will lose their jobs because online support system is already in place and they are outsourced to a select few countries.

Brick and Mortar stores are meant to give first hand experience on the products and employees help them to take informed decision.There is no alternative for the former unlike the latter where online support can help. I have friends working on VR Software and recording. Call me creative, but it appears the virtual experience is inseminating the realm of entertainment. My contact said something similar to the lines of "get ready for virtual concerts, environments", and he had even quoted how Covid-19 was beneficial for the Cybernetic business world. Thoughts?
