Pity that the writer doesn't even begin to mention where all the extra electricity will come from, nor does he address the elephants in the room that all climate change obsessives ignore... that CO2 is oxygen for the natural world, that climates have changed throughout history, and that battery power presents potentially catastrophic impacts for the natural environment. Unbelievably naive article. I can only hope this guy gets nowhere near making any environmental or energy policy in the years ahead.
