Just horrible, they usually dont even show up with the animal to give it to a shelter. They just call and tell them where to locate the animal. I cant imagine being capable of doing that to my babies.. Not only that they r also champion of doing that with their elderly parents..

The French have the unfortunate distinction of being the European "champions" for abandoning pets that have become too cumbersome for their summer trips. Animal shelters up and down the country are proof of this unique and sad tradition.
