I understand how this can irk organizations still clinging to the stale mindset that dragging their employees into 8x8 cubical through long commutes in business casual is "just how it's done". Change is hard.
I especially understand this disrupts the corporate narrative pushed by Forbes: Decentralizing dense, urban populations undermine sky-rise skylines and mega-metropolis real estate for those who simply never got that this was coming.
I'm not so empathetic.
