Women's sexuality is still judged much more harshly than men's and anyone who is engaging in a sex chat during work hours deserves to be chastised and suffer the consequences of their poor judgement. If a woman had done that, the response would have been no different unless it was actually worse. The Giuliani thing does seem like entrapment and something that looked worse than it actually was, but it's still not great. Why was he laying on the bed? It's not like it's a secret that powerful men expect to have access to beautiful young women, with or without their consent. Just ask Epstein and friends. Men have been behaving inappropriately at work since forever. The fact that this is no longer being tolerated is not a witch hunt - it's right on track whether he did it by accident or not. In order to be a "witch hunt" the person in question has to already be someone with little social power who has done nothing wrong, but is being railroaded or scapegoated for the ulterior motives of someone with more power. That isn't the case with either of these men. Please stop using that term in this context. Tens of thousands of women were executed in horrible ways over hundreds of years as I have just described. You do their memory an extreme disservice to equate men who can't keep their pants on with that level of injustice.
