Wasn't judge Cannon who initially set the date for August and it was the doj that asked for December, now Cannon is contradicting her own initial date with some contradictory logic. So either she doesn't know what TF she's doing, or she's trying to make it look like she's compromising and not merely dancing to trumps tune.
