A very good article explaining the contrast between the American values that are celebrated and the ones that are needed to overcome the pandemic. Although I feel the hyper competitiveness is not only celebrated in America but everywhere around the world. Innovations are driven by competition and is necessary in a fledgling society but at in the times of crisis like this collaboration is what is needed to overcome issues much faster.
