Great Mining Migration’ to Austin, Texas. The Texas Blockchain Council has grown to 70 members and is led by Lee Brachter, the President of the organization. None of these bills matter if Bitcoin miners don't move to Texas. And I'm not seeing stories of massive flocks of miners to Texas, because that's what it would take to compete as a "world leader"
