The real problem with this is that it overturns a long-standing precedent with clearly political motives. If the SC can't uphold a consistent apolitical interpretation of the constitution based on precedent....... then our system of government is absolutely broken. I fear it's over and we just don't know it yet. I'm so tired of living through major historical events.
