For everyone else reading along and for those unaware : This is the case in which the Supreme Court ruled that the police have no legal duty nor obligation to protect you or anyone else. Yep, the kidnapping and murder of three little girls was the hill they decided to set this legal precedent on! And this is why there will be no legal repercussions to any police officer in Uvalde. They were never legally required to do a single thing. They could have all driven away and gone for pizza, and they would have been doing their duty under the law. The US is an amazing place to live!
