The avoidance of human contact is remarkable antisocial.
Presumably they do it to save money, but it creates horrible situations and locks them in. They would be easily prevented or fixed if humans were allowed to evaluate them.
This establishes a terrible level of service as a norm. It's not sensible to rely on a big company for your own business platform. They can't be trusted and there are no human to contact if something goes wrong. It's just like making a big channel on YouTube or Facebook, only to have them cancel years of work if the political tides make that necessary one day.
