It’s a good start but he’s not going far enough. Biden needs to hold an emergency national prime time TV address where he presents the American people with the worst case scenario — which is another Great Depression. Explain how McConnell is prepared to intentionally scuttle the economy because he decided that doing so will poise Republicans for a 2022 takeover.

Great Depression? I think that is putting it mildly. I think NPR had an analyst last week that put it at 5 million jobs lost overnight. Not to mention a SEVERE problem with every single American family paying for any of their existing debt. And then the "why can't the government balance it's checkbook" dubass analogy gets really real when the dollar stops being the international reserve currency and the value of the dollar falls through the floor overnight. People don't seem to understand that the way our world is built today, the way we all live our lives, exists on the premise that America pays it's creditors. It is literally a kind of apocalypse we are staring down the barrel of and the Republican party, and it's supporters, are running as fast as they can at it. And that's just day one. Not even talking about the effects worldwide.
