I experience this as painfully saddening, in that this is even a question, let alone a lawsuit that requires a court deciding to uphold the extension of basic human decency, to children 😪 Even more troubling is that I'm not surprised the current US administration would take this to court, as well as how desensitized most of the population has become to the atrocities of family separation.
