What ever you decide to run, be sure and get comfortable with allowing it to fail, before you start. This will open space for success and failure, rather than entering into the experiment trying to force it to a successful outcome. Many like to say they are OK “failing fast. My experience has been this is really hard to do in practice, especially as your time, money, attention and emotional investment in the experiment increases.
