Much of this article, especially as it related to employee behavior, morale and turnover, is consistent with my experience as a reluctant WeWork member for about 3 years. It created an environment I experienced as toxic. Yet it took me a while to cut through the marketing to realize that's what I was experiencing. I finally left for a new co-working place and am feeling much happier there after two months.
