Hi You can check the circulating supply on Ethscan. It's currently 15,361,011 REL There is not a max supply. Coingecko has the circulating supply at around 8 million tokens. I reckon that's about right given the vesting schedule. To find out for sure someone with much more tech expertise than me will have to query the ethscan API or similar.
