You do know that you can do this yourself right now right? The token does not have any black list or reflections so all that is required is to apply and set up a pair. My guess is that the DAO will vote to do this in the near future. I have gotten other tokens on Top-25 exchanges so it will not be difficult apart from the expense (typically $20K to $200K depending on the exchange and particulars of liquidity provision etc.).
