Try using the email associated with the twitter account you used when you signed up. If it was a burner email, then you are out of luck.
I personally have no ability to reset anyone’s credentials and I would likely not honor this kind of request if I did. You could be a legitimate user who is locked out or a scammer trying to social hack around the 2FA.
