I hope someone can post an article soon about Reputation. I really want to build it up with quality commenting and advice but I see people quickly gaining and passing me posting what I would consider 'spam'. It shouldn't be quantity over quality. I am guessing these people are building reputation by just spamming comments and having more exposure to be upvoted. There is nothing to lose from what I can see because down-votes don't affect reputation.
