Interesting read on how the people and platforms shaping internet culture, that we’re calling, Infinite Scroll. It was a fun read. This made me realize that any desire I might have had to be a main character died on Sept. 15, 2020—the day I launched my book and realized that I actually do not enjoy being the center of attention. I aspire to eminence grise energy. I've spent most of my life either feeling overlooked (shy kid) or being told I should work harder to get attention (be a girlboss instead of an interchangeable Asian woman) so it's nice to discover that my genuine wish is to observe, collaborate, & be very mean only in groupchat.
