Opensea is such a huge project now and they will attract more and more regulation because of things like this, and ultimately end up a completely centralised Web 2 organisation. Hopefully we see a plethora of other "more decentralised" NFT marketplaces take root and market-share. IIRC I think opensea recently released some tech that might actually facilitate this?
